Shipping Policy

We only delivery to mainland UK addresses.

We use Hermes/DPD on a tracked service, with a delivery time slot notification and options to customise your delivery times. 

Standard Delivery is £3.95 or FREE on orders over £40. Your order will typically be with you within 3 to 5 working days. We usually dispatch same day if ordered by 1pm and the following working day if ordered after 1pm. 

Express Delivery is £5.95 and prioritised to be delivered within 1-2 working days if your order is placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. If ordering over the weekend, the delivery will be on Tuesday. Express Delivery is not available for Highlands and Islands.

Important Notes

  • Please note, with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and driver shortages, some delivery depots are struggling and as such please allow for an extra 1-2 days for your parcel to arrive.

Processing Your Order

Once we receive your order, we’ll email you an order acknowledgement. Then upon dispatch you’ll receive an email with tracking details for your order.

Depending upon the size package, we'll dispatch your order using either a Royal Mail Tracked Service or a courier service (typically DPD or Hermes).

We do our best to ensure that if a toy is displayed in stock on the website it is in stock. However, occasionally we discover that items have been miscounted, or damaged. If this occurs we will contact you immediately and offer you a refund or an alternative.  

Direct from supplier deliveries

Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier - usually due to their size. If this is the case you may receive your order in split packages. Even if your order arrives straight from one of our suppliers, your sale is with Wunderplay, so please contact us with any delivery related queries. 

T's & C's

You must ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout, please contact us in writing at hello@wunderplay.co.uk. Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcel sent using Standard Delivery and 7 days for Express Delivery.
